Very short update today... all the pics that Heather took yesterday during the stem-cell infusion will have to wait til I have more energy.  I guess I need to post one so that something shows up on the main blog screen.

So yesterday was the "big day" in terms of the transplant actually happening (Day 0) -- you can see the stem-cells above -- but these next couple weeks is where the major battle will be fought.

Nausea, incredible fatigue, and other symptoms have already set in as my body tries to -- once again -- assimilate Martin's 4.9mil stem cells.

Despite the low energy, I forced myself to do some laps this morning... just putting one foot in front of the other, literally, really helps me make it to the next hour, to the next day.  I think I'll do multiple short walks instead of longer ones.

One positive to share, the facilities guy really fixed the shower.  I mean it's got like real water pressure now!  You can't imagine how huge that is.

OK... that's it for today.  I may not be blogging as much over the next week.  It's gonna be rest, rest, walking, rest, rest, repeat for the next bit.  When I have the energy and desire to post, I will.
